Disappointing service but lovely outfit

Hi,
I thought the ladies in the bond street shop were quite unhelpful, unprofessional. They were more interested in discussing their personal lives than helping me unfortunately. Given the amount people are spending I would have expected much more attention. We went into two other shops on the street and the service was outstanding - some customer services training is in dire need.

I am so far happy with my outfit. I had it altered and am yet to wear it. I hope my feedback is helpful
